I CALLED TO CANCEL AN UPGRADE TO MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT, BECAUSE THE HANDSET I WANTED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I ANTICIPATED RESISTANCE, BUT WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY LEZERENE'S ATTITUDE. VERY HELPFUL INDEED AND THE TRANSACTION WAS REVERSED, NO PROBLEM!
