Thank you Miss Shezi

I spoke to a customer representative by the name Zandile Shezi. She was very helpful, she took her time in explaining the solution to my query and was attentive, patient and polite to me throughout out the call. If I had anything to say about it, I would say she deserves a raise. It is just sad that she had to help me with an issue caused by another MTN representative Mr D Pillay (which could have been easily avoided).

I just know people often come to complain then to thank helpful customer representatives, so I thought I'd take my time to say kudos to Miss Shezi , she atleast deserves that if she won't be getting a raise.
