I would like to extend a special thank you to Leah who went beyond her duties to help me with two contracts that were incorrectly processed . One of which would have only been processed at the end of December. Leah was able to have the reversal processed the same day. Thank you for making my experience so easy and stressless, I wish there were more agents like you who were passionate about there roles as customer services agents.
