Terrible turnaround time and poor communication
Very bad turn around time and poor communication. App**** for a MTN contract on the 14th July. All was finalized and approved. When I call to inquire about delivery, being told Its at a Pre-Finalized status awaiting MTN. The onus is on you to call and follow up everyday only to get the same response.
Requested cancellation, Nope they can't cancel it. I must wait for the package to be delivered and then call and cancel.
They make it sound like buying online is convenient but the truth of the matter is it is horrible!!! Has I gone to the store I would have gotten the phone same time
