Terrible service provider with *********** staff that lies to clients

Terrible service provider with *********** staff that lies to clients. One of Mondoone's customer service agents called me and provided false information that ended up in a contract being opened. I then escalated a complaint with the company, which was investigated, and the outcome was in my favor. They found that their agent was the one at fault. We then entered into a cancellation process, which they said would take 21 business days. It is now over 21 business days, and this contract has still not been cancelled. Each time I call, I am met with poor service and escalation.
