Terrible service ever

I've placed an order about a month ago. I've called to get an update several times and they keep telling me that they've ran out of stock and I must wait. I've called again today, still nothing, what is worse is that, now they're telling me that they don't know when the devices will be delivered. I'm so disgusted by their service..communication is non existent, but when it comes to debiting they don't miss the date.
