Terrible service

Mondo well what can I say, it's a frustration dealing with them, got approved for a mobile device delivery was last week when DSV showed up they had lost the package and delivery could not take place after numerous phone calls to Mondo and hundreds of brands worth of airtime phones out promises that management will call me and till today have not received a call. Called them again this morning and spoke to nkolunka who was professional and friendly she took my number and assured me she would call back within minutes she did call back to advise that they have rebooked the mobile device and I will receive it this week. So thank you nkulunka for your service you are waiting your time working for a company like mondo as your values are not the same as their values. They dont care about customers but you do
