Terrible Serivce - misleading information - duped into contract

was called by Mundo / RewardsCo – a lady by the name Desiree called me – she mislead me with contract information of R399 for 24 months (now I see the contract shows 36 months) I did not want this contract, I told the company – I phone 3 times on the 12th and checked that my application was not processed and was informed by Ntombi that application is not processed and not further action is required. I called later to re-check as I received messages on contract – I spoke to Ntebi in customer care and she also confirmed nothing was processed.

I am waiting over an hour on hold to find out what is going on - no one is answering - i am highly disappointed
