Terrible experience

Their service is nonsense, they put you on hold for more than 10 minutes just to confirm something as small as an email address. Everytime you call to follow up they have stories that they received the feedback yesterday and don't even give you a call to update you on what's going on.

They trick you into giving them 5 star good ratings and after that it's back to square one with their terrible service, not feedback and lack of truthfulness
