Terrible customer service
The call centre staff are very helpful but Mondo customer service is terrible. I app**** on the 5th of may for a contract and only found out on the 24th after calling them for weeks that I was only approved for the SIM. Absolutely no feedback from them during the process. I will not use their service again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
