Terrible after sales

I have had nothing but excuses and we working on it after numerous attempts to get my contract upgrade reversal completed. for 2 months same answer no movement no commitment to call back. it’s short of pathetic. Would not advise to use the online upgrade platform or telephonic upgrade as what consultant advised versus product received and billed were not the same and though the amount negligible the principle and being absolutely clear on the call i was still **** to.
