Terrible.

I got a Samsung phone and a Samsung health tracker watch from them on a contract. First they **** about the debit order date. Then they **** by not informing me that I would have to pay an extra fee for insurance from Telkom. Then there is no way to see your account statements, no place to log in and see your account or get assistance. Finally this month my debit order did not go through unknowingly to myself. They do not inform me of this but instead hand me over to some debt collection agency who proceeds to debit my account twice and tried to do it again today. I signed up believing my monthly payment would be R400 and be debited from my account on the day of the month that I requested that they debit my account. Now in one day they have debited my account with neatly a thousand Rand and the next day they try to do it again. No response to my emails. Be warned by my experience. I think I'll just have to cancel this contract.
