Telkom Mobile activation of new contract

I received my tablet and according to the documentation the sim will be activated within 48 hrs of successful delivery. Wednesday afternoon was the delivery done, it is now Monday, no activation yet and all i get is classical music playing for hours on the phone......Customer Care ***????
