TELCOM WORST SERVICE EVER
Wow what a disaster, I would never recommend telkom to anybody, we purchased a new contract which includes 2 cell phones and they only delivered one, after how many phone call and mails and eventually going into the branch they inform us that sorry they cant help us because it was an online mistake. THE MISTAKE WAS ON THEIR SIDE NOW WE HAVE TO SUFFER WITHOUT A PHONE. I have never ever experienced such bad service.
