Taken for a ride

I I bought a package deal that came with a router but till today it doesn’t work.

It was delivered on the 28th of September 2018 and it’s the 23rd today but still i doesn’t work. I called Mondo two weeks ago and the lady I spoke to did my SIM card is not activated and that I should wait for an sms that will tell me my sim has be activated. I still haven’t received that sms. I went to Telkom Highveld mall, when they checked they found that there’s not package deal under my name. I don’t understand how there’s nothing under my name because on the 21st of September a debit of R99 went off from my account from Mondo.
