Support Service from Mondo Customer Care! #GreatService

I am very surprised at the speed at which Mondo attended to my complaint, the lack of response from Telkom left a bitter taste in my mouth and was very close to cutting ties with them. It took the professionalism from Mondo (Customer Care officer) to change my mind by attending to my issues. I can only show gratitude for the level of professional service that I received from Kimona Pillay (Customer Liaison Officer) for continually pursuing my issue to get it resolved. She went as far as to inquire with telkom on my behalf, she continued to update me at every step and even called me to let me know that she has not forgotten about my query. This in my book is a 10 out of 10 service on her part, it felt like she went beyond the call of duty but in actual fact this should be an expected professional standard and I hope all the Mondo personnel are trained to be professional like her and to take the customer into his/her confidence. Thank you for the support service and all the efforts from your dedicated staff member (Kimona Pillay). (Great work should never go unnoticed!!!!)
