Superb customer servie from Zaheera

I was contacted by Zaheera from Mondo and she was so friendly and professional. As upset as I was due to this query having started in November and no one telling me that as much as I took the product with MTN on they official website, I actually had to deal with Mondo. Zaheera was very patient and explained all that to me and prcessed my query while I was online and gave all different contact options to follow on and also promised to follow through with me once finalised. Thanks to her superb customer services I now actually believe my query is being attended to by someone who cares.
