Superb assistance from Avinash

I spoke to Avinash today from rewards CO and I'm so glad I got through to him, he really gave me so much re-assurance after the terrible service I received from precious agents. He was so understand and sympathetic to me as a customer and it was such a pleasure speaking to him. if only all agents at mondo were as efficient as him it would make doing business with mondo a much better experience. I give him full 100% for his excellent service he actually deserves a raise hahaha...keep up the excellent work Avinash.
