Suhana and Kimona save the day :)

Thanks to Team Manager Suhana Nepaul and Kimona Pillay's great help, I was able to resolve my issues with a Telkom Mobile contract which was unsatisfactory, and change to an MTN contract with a Samsung Galaxy A20 which is worlds better than the Huawei Y5 (which I wouldn't recommend to anyone). The MTN connectivity is also way better than Telkom, allowing me to actually do what I had intended with the phone.
