Stupid Rude Agent

I was just called by a mondo vodacom consultant at 11:00am 12/11/2024 regarding my application the more I'm telling her that whatever they are picking up on their side is false she laughed at me and told me how my problem is that I don't listen wth is that how agents are speaking to potential customers I was so ****ed off and so disrespected. She is telling me my credit score is low how is a 640 score low and how am I being told I owe mtn when my previous contract was settled over 1 year ago get your facts in order and people so stupid as that lady should not be in a customer service role
