Struggling to finalize the cancellation of contact
I am struggling to finalize a cancellation of mtn contract with mondo since June 2022. I do hear only about escalation but no outcome when i did call each time. I was calling them since June, wasted my time, airtime and no outcome after these painful efforts. I am giving my cancellation Reference number here (RCO229754) incase If someone from mondo see this review.
