Still no phone No cancellation and no refund on my debit order

This is such a **** I app**** for a contract got approved 1 day later they debit 3 weeks later still no delivery on the phone every time I call the consultant promised me tomorrow it will be urgent delivery after the 5 th time oh no sorry mam we have a challenge can we please cancel your contract and refund you -after sending my bank statement 5 times the contract is still not cancelled still no refund en last night it debited again how on earth can one company be so *********** but they are quick to take you money but no reaction to refunding they’re clients ! mondo please get competent people to work for your company and please refund my money and cancel this stupid **** of a contract!
