Still awaiting my deliver :(

I had agreed to a contract for a tablet and 2 simcards in the beginning of October. On the 14th of October R99 was deducted from my account. I still have not received my Hauwei tablet or sim cards. I haven't even received a call or email or sms about it. I would really like to receive my order as I was very happy with the monthly contract price. Please could you help. <br> <br> -Nicole
