Steer Clear From Using Mondo. You will wait tot piet kom

Firstly I didn't know that mondo was handling my online application for a new phone. Called mtn and to my surprise they redirected me to mondo.

So. Called them earlier in the week about my phone which I been waiting for since I got approved on the 26th of July. Till today nothing. The lady said I should receive a phone call to arrange delivery but to this day no one has called...

When I call to try and follow up with them, I have to wait long before I can actually speak to someone. Mind you that calling them isn't free. Can't even track the order on their website. Useless!!!!

To anyone reading this.. Steer clear from using Mondo or submitting an application for a new device online, you will regret... I'm definitely canceling the application I made with them.

Bad first impression... Not interested in seeing more of your company's impressions...
