I would LOVE to give you an insight to my horribly turned beautiful customer service received by a wonderful lady by the name of Amanda Lubbe. After a terrible month of back and forth with MTN, Rewards Co./Mondo, MTN retentions, walk in centers etc; a lengthy email and tantrum of note had led to my email being escalated through to this lovely lady who went above and beyond to turn my irate & horrible experience into a staying customer.
