Sold under false pretenses.

I was harassed endlessly by this company. I made the fatal error of taking the call. I was told that they wanted to migrate me to a new plan. I stated several times I did not want to be migrated if it would cost me more money. Nowhere once was it disclosed in the conversation that I would be paying an extra R400+ per month for the migration. Now they hide behind me accepting the T & C's. They are ********* and lie and take advantage of clients. I now have to go to a Vodaclm store to listen to the recording. I doubt they even listened to the recording. Stay away from this company. Block their calls. Becareful when agreeing ro anything with them.
