Simple SIM activation

Having the waste experience right now, I'm really upset.

I bought a promotion deal 139 per month for 10Gigs including a router, great deal I thought so I purchased it. I received it well enough even though they said I would receive it sooner and when I got it which was the 3thrd of May and called the very next day to activate my SIM. Well enough they stated would take approximately 48hrs to activate which I understood, no problem I said. Two days later the Sunday it is still not active so I call back the Monday because I thought OK someone made a mistake then they said it will take a further 48hrs I reluctantly hung up because I was not 100% reassured that it would be active. Now 4 days later, still my SIM has not been activated, I have called numerous times and waiting for as long as 20mins without answer and have sent an email to which I receive a automated response and nothing since.

This is beyond pathetic, I'm very upset that I took out this deal and to think they are representing telkom which I have purchased directly with before and have not had any problems with. So now I'm sitting with a router that serves no purpose.

I'm certainly taking this further with the ombudsman because this is not what I signed up for and I'm sure activation of a SIM card should not be difficult you have taken my money approved my credentials so I'm certain there is nothing required on my behalf.
