This guy was Amazing after how many attempts phoning mtn like 12 times, Dsv like 5 times , and customer care like 8 times just to update my primary number with the courier company to do authorization for delivery, no one was able to assist me telling me they cant do anything i must phone Mondo, Mondo inform me i must phone Mtn, Mtn tell me i must phone Customer Care (Sales Department) , Sales Department tell me i must Phone DSV so with last hope phoned the Sales Department again on *** and this amazing Guy Sifundo answered the Phone i explain to him the matter trying to be very Polite after i was very frustrating and furious and Guess what he was So! So! So!! Amazing! I was really impressed with him and his service THANK YOU SO MUCH SIFUNDO!! Please try to attend as much Customers as you can cause from my point of view it looks like you the only one knowing how to do your job!! Keep up the good work!
