Shocking Service

In November 2024 I was contacted by this company with regards to a maintenance policy for my vehicle through SAVM.

I cancellled the policy with SAVM within 2 days of receiving the documents as the policy was not satisfactory. Page 9 of their booklet states the prescribed period of 5 days to cancel.

I received written confirmation that the policy had been cancelled but Mondo Financial Services obviously wasn't informed by SAVM of the cancellation since the two companies work hand in hand.

The DebiCheck debit order was deducted from my bank account in November and December 2024.

I am having difficulty in receiving reimbur*****t.

Proceed with caution when approving a DebiCheck debit order from your bank account for this company.

Very bad service.
