Shocking service!

<p>I was sold a Telkom LTE contract with these guys over the phone. 1) They told me that the price was R999 per month - they didn't tell me that this was just the price for the device and that the data costs another R499 for 200gb. 2) Was also not told that the data was split into 2 groups - daytime and nighttime - this being 12 midnight to 7am! Impossible to use! 3) after a location check I was told that I would get a download speed of 90mbps - we never got over 20! We were also never advised that the upload speed is so slow that pages refused to load.</p> <p>The device took 3 weeks to arrive which should have raised alarm bells.</p> <p>I called them after using the device 2 weeks later to cancel and was told that I was out of my cooling off period and that I now had to take the matter further with Telkom and that they couldn't assist as they are only resellers. After fighting with Telkom for 6 weeks now I still haven't received any conclusion to this and Mondo still refuse to help. </p> <p>DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!</p>
