I took a contract, and the next day I wanted to cancel it then take up a different package. I called in numerous times and I wasn't assisted. After weeks of a back and forth, I called in again and spoke to Shante Greaves. Shante's service was beyond exceptional, she ensured that I understood what was happening with my contract, assisted me with my cancelation, and advised how I could go about getting on the package I want.
