Shame On Mondo MTN

Buckel up guys!!!... So early this year I got a call from Mondo offering an MTN Sim only deal for R149. 99, 10 gig daytime and 10 gig night-time data. It was a good deal, I agreed to it. The package was delivered, and then boom!!! 2 Sim cards. Heban!!...

So I call them immediately about the "mistake". And I identified which Sim card they should cancel/deactivate. But that was never done. When it was time to debit, boom!! an amount for to Sim cards was debited. From there I realised I've just let a ******** into my life.

For about 3 months I'm still paying for 2 Sim cards instead of 1 whilst going back and forth between Mondo and MTN. By then I've made about +- 25 calls to MTN an +- 15 to Mondo, each and every call I'm told a different story by Mondo & MTN.

Eventually my issue got "resolved" and my money was payed back and the unnecessary Sim card was deactivated, so I was told.

Boom!! 2 weeks back an the 2nd of July 2021, an amount of R1 123.96 was debited instead of R149. 99. Now the six month journey of getting this "resolved" has now began. Already the back and forth has started between Mondo & MTN, "Go there, no it's a billing issue, no it's retentions that needs sort this, no Mondo must send us this, no MTN must do this"...

Thanks Mondo AND MTN for making my life a living hell for the past 6 months and for another coming +- 4 months. Never again will I ever deal with Mondo and MTN. Shame on you.
