Today I received a message from Monda regarding my Vodacom contract investigation. The lady that assisted me - Rekha Moodley - was polite, friendly and helpful. She explained the scenario of what happened and the steps that will follow to complete the process. The contract that was given to me under false information will be cancelled and I will receive feedback within 3 - 5 working days. It really is amazing that there is still people working in the service industry that has their customers best interest at heart. Rekha, talking to you today made my week a whole lot sunnier.
