Service rating on Vodacom employee

This is a direct service rating towards an employee named Ndumiso Ngwane from Vodacom, I am currently having a very bad experience with Vodacom. Ndumiso was very helpful in assisting me within his capacity, answered my questions clearly, he was very patient and called me back several times as the calls kept cutting. Although my issue with vodacom isn't resolved as yet, Ndumiso helped me effectively, moving forward with the next step. 5 stars for you sir.
