Service I got from mondo

I firstly app**** for a cell phone contract which was an iPhone 13 pro max on 21/01/2023 at mondo online and I never got a response from them, then yesterday I also tried using the clear score website, then today I got a call from this number *** or 96 and the person stating that he's from mondo mtn and he gave me another offer but it was not the initial one I app**** for and since I didn't receive any response from mondo I assumed it's for my initial contract and gave them my details, then I did my research on them on Facebook I saw that they had a lot of bad reviews of people waiting for their orders or getting wrong ones, in the last call the lady said I should authorize an amount of R97 for mobi SOS but I canceled, just now I got an sms stating congratulations on subscribing to mobi SOS and I didn't authorize, I went to the mondo website and got on the live chat and they told me that my application was unsuccessful but when I told them about the call I got from mondo mtn I received the same message of my contract was unsuccessful.
