Service excellence

The first time I saw the add of Mondo, I thought it was a **** but my gut feeling got the best of me and my fingers did their thing and app****. Few days later, I received a call from a friendly consultant who ushered me in fulfilling the application process and the waiting period and had a constant follow up to see if I received the product and today I am more happy with the service n more especially the product itself.
