If there was a way to giving a zero rating i would! I've never experienced such incompatency with a company before, they are not only misleading but also very unprofessional. I've been waiting for my phone for over a month, each time I call I get told a different story. The first week I got told it was delayed in delivery but I'll get it because it's out for delivery and I let it slide. Two weeks passed and still nothing when I called again and was told the phone I app**** for was out of stock and I'll have to choose a different phone, which I did. Again I waited for a week after being told 3 days!!! The next week I decided to call again and they gave me the same story saying the phone is out of stock and I should choose a different phone so because I was now upset because they were giving me the run around I insisted on expedited delivery I was promised that within 48 hours I'll receive my phone. It's been 72 hours and nobody has gotten back to me or provided any feedback so I decided to call just incase they "forgot" to deliver. So upon calling I get told very casually I must add "oh sir the reason you didn't get your phone is because we cancelled your application due to the phone being out of stock" when I asked why I was not notified or informed I got told "it's the system there's nothing we can do,". I got put on hold for over 6 minutes all in the name of "checking what we can do to help you still no come back with no alternative and no solution. I am not only disappointed and disgusted by the service delivery but also the poor customer service this company had displayed.
