Can someone anyone from Mondo billing department contact me. It's been over a a year now trying to get through to MTN for cancelation of contract that startered February 2021 and sim card is still not actived but I'm billed for a service that's was not delivered to me. I've also been incorrectly billed and no one seems to know how to help me. The so called mtn champion really n eed training, this is just pure incompetence. Can someone resolve the matter...I sent an email to you guys on the 25/05/2021 requesting you to cancel the contract since the simcard provided to me is not working with no luck. I again sent another one on the 16/06/2021 requesting same thing still no luck, what you’re busy doing is sending me statements and invoices for services that you didn’t render. I am now told that my account that doesn’t exist is in areas, what kind of business are guys running? Are you in business to render a service or to **** people?. I am tired of being sent from pillar to post, therefore I’m escalating this issue.My is dragged to the mud now from the poor service I'm getting from MTN, I can't be approved from other services because this account keeps popping up under my name I'm on areas for 9 months. I will appreciate this matter to be dealt with ASAP.
