How does Mondo do business the agent tell me that they are just waiting for the stock when I inquired on 05/07/2023 when my devices will be delivered as it was approved on 24/06/2023 and they said they will keep in touch with me regarding the delivery as soos as they have stock available and today when I enquire on the live chat they said that the contract was cancelled because Mondo does not have stock available for the Hauwei Nova 9 SE the double deal for delivery. Nobody phoned me to tell me that they can suggest other phones. And futher more now that they cancelled that due to no stock available they tell me that I only qualify for a sim only deal or R200 and when I app**** for the phone deal they said that I qualify for R1050 so what happened in the meantime. Look to me as if Mondo just mess up things. How do you go from approved for a deal of R619 per month to not being approved for a device and only a sim deal for R200. I can't travel around as I work 7 days a week early morning to late night thats why I worked through Mondo but now it looks like that was the biggest mistake to do. All I get from Mondo is SORRY and this is not acceptable. Mondo even send the infonto the bank and I had to approve the debit order and I did everything and only thing that was left was for Mondo to deliver the devices. Now they tell me that I can't apply again in 30 days for another MTan deal and that I must wait or that I must go straight to MTN. This is bad service. If Mondo does not sort this out then I WILL NOT suggest them to anybody
