Selling Contracts under False pretences = *****.

I signed up for a cell phone contract thru Buy Mondo on 11 January 2019, they sold me a contract under the false pretences that you will be able to port your number to the new contract . (Don't believe them its one big lie, today is 47 Days since they sold me the contract and its not ported yet) they first start with a story that you just need to go to the MTN store they will port it, then after being to the MTN store 8 times its not done yet. I wrote them e-mails 3 times no response, I spoke to them over the phone more that 10 times. Spoke to their supervisor Chantelle, no joy. I am even phoning back on a daily basis to try and speak to Chantelle the supervisor and every day there is new excuse why she cant speak to me. They just sell you the contract, make you take your number to MTN prepaid then you are stuck in that big money making scheme. Your number is at MTN and you pay the prepaid costs all thou you have a contract. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE THEY *****ENTLY SOLD YOU A CONTRACT UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.
