My week has been disastrous as I've spent endless hours trying to sort out my CellC and Mondo bills.

I must however, say that Seline at Mondo has been an excellent agent she understood my request and made every effort to resolve my query.

Her professionalism and efficiency was a breath of fresh air for which I am very thankful and hope others in her call centre take a leaf out of her book for the future.
