This company told me on a recorded call that I can cancel my migration request within 10 days, however when I try to call them, as urged by MTN seeing as they have no way to cancel themselves, the line goes silent and when you do get the opportunity to finally speak to a consultant (Ronaldo) they tell you they will be actioning the cancelation request only to put you on hold and then let the line go silent... So NO WAY of canceling a request if you change your mind and can no longer go through with it
