They sent me a wrong order debited my acc with the incorrect amount. No one is ever available to talk to EVER. MINENHLE BUTHELEZI is the biggest bull****ter there. I am so disgused by the level of serviced recived there is no level I will report this company as much as I can so people are not ****MED AND FOOLED AND ****** LIKE I WAS. MTN should be ashamed of doing business with people like this. I am struggling now for 4 months for a refund of MY money that they stole from me. I have emails promising me my money on te 27th of May it is now the 20th of June. I have not heard a single word from them . Today I called in after calling calling and sending several emails during this time to find out that nothing has even been process I am so sadden that people can treat others this way. I have never had such trouble from a company before. I will never advise anyone to use them ever !
