**** to get people into signing contracts.

The worst service ive ever recieved,firstly they ****med by mother by selling her a cell phone contract of R99 only to find out the contact was actual R500 a mother.My mother is a cleaner and cannot afford such a huge amount.We returned their phones to MTN with a day after the deduction and we wanted the contact cancelled.Over a period of 6 months they are still billing my mother and refuse to cancel the contract as they give us the run around everything we call me. MTN supposedly cannot assist us either as the contract was not taking directly with them,however they are the ones who have handed my mother over.Both companies supposedly need documents from each other to cancel the contract however neither is willing to produce these saying its not their responsibility and i need to get the documents from the other.Both companies are unprofessional and useless as they take advantage of their customers.********!!!
