However, the live online consultant experience is much to be desired, I spoke to Thulile yesterday via online chat and I won't rate Mondo 0 based on that experience. The consultant gave me poor feedback which led me to believe no investigation was done after providing my ID number and the chat was ended without my satisfaction.
