Samsung A56 Heats up continuously and the Galaxy Buds which was suppose to be given the promo ended this is misleading.

Mondo is the worst company I ever dealt with. Incompetence at its finest. So I took a contract from mtn through mondo. The phone was delivered on Friday and since then I charged the phone once and have 2 apps on it but it heats up whereas I cannot even hold the phone.

And the second issue is they advertised that the phone will come with a Samsung galaxy buds core which needs to be redeemed on the samsung members app but when I go to do it states promotion period ended. How can mtn and mondo advertise when the promo is over and mind you I took the contract while it was advertised for both items and it was a Samsung Galaxy a56 5G

Absolutely pathetic service. Today I called mtn and they being transferring me from agent to agent with different stories. I called mondo about 5 times and each time the phone rings. I spend over 1 hour 30mins without getting the call answered..

I will take mondo and mtn up with higher authorities as I told them I want this shifty contract cancelled. They don't care about their clients it's quiet evident.
