I am so disappointment in Mondo/ vodacom. I got a call from 2 of their agents, offering me an upgrade on my vodacom existing contracts, all 2 of them offering more of the same thing at different prices. so last agent offered 30G night and 50GB day data at the same price i was paying for my 30G night and 30Gb day data, which seemed reasonable as compared to what the 1st agent offered which was 50GB night and 50GB day at R70 more cause my night data i hardly use and again we agreed on an upgrade of my phone to a laptop on another contract. i repeatedly ask the 2nd agent if its not gonna cause any problems cause I've

already agreed to what the 1st agent offered me and she assured me that there was nothing processed for me. Now it turns out they have upgraded my two contracts and on top of that processed a new contract on my behalf and to make it worse , what we have agreed on price wise, is higher by R200 + for the laptop ugrade. its a pity i loved that laptop.mecer guru pro, now i have cancelled all the upgrades and the new contract. so disappointed
