Sales

I emailed them to call me back regarding a sale on 2x Huawei p smart phones that they have a special on. Both my colleagues have this same deals from them. The service department phoned me and then said they are not the correct deparment to speak to and will let the sales department phone me. A week later and nothing. Again I emailed them regarding the same deal. After 2weeks not hearing from them, went to buy the phones from Telkom themselfs. Advice is to not try to deal with this guys as they are just waisting your time and not interested in helping anyone. Rather cut out the middel man and deal with the Telkom directly. Alot more helpfull and understanding
