Rude telesales lady

I am extremely disappointed with your telesales people, the person who called me this afternoon about my application was rude and it's not my fault that you guys are advertising something that you do not have currently, she could have atleast offered to call me once it's in stock but she hung up while I was talking just because I wasn't interested in the more expensive offer she talked about and she didn't even know the exact amount. There are alot of people looking for jobs in south Africa who know how to speak and persuade customers and she needs to be taught that.
