Rude telemarketers!

I have been called by a Mondo Telkom telemarketer for three days! I have been unable to take the call due to work commitments. Today I was able to take the call during lunch and the telemarketer/ sales rep was vert short and rude to me.

She only wanted personal information which I readily gave. However, after asking why she wanted that information (which is my right) she became quite stroppy and rude to me. She then hung up on me.

I understand that telemarketers have a difficult job. I really do. However, she had no right to tall to me like that after I made a simple request.
